This notice sets out the procedure
for all allocation of tips, gratuities, and service charges for Castleisland
Day Care Centre.
It is the policy of the company not
to accept tips electronically.
The company can confirm that Tips/Gratuities
and Service Charges received in cash form are retained by the staff member. The
tip is given to / retain by the employer and distributed as received to
employees.
Tips are distributed equally among
staff members.
The amount of Tips/Gratuities and Service
Charges circulated to Employees is outlined in a written statement to each
employee no later than 10 days after the payment of tips/gratitude/service
charge.
